A retired headmaster, Peter Gale used to be a part of the Nonsuch High School faculty in Sutton, Surrey. He served as the school’s head teacher and was also the very first male head teacher to be appointed to the school for girls.

An accomplished educator, he has advocated many of the changes and positive developments that Nonsuch High School has enjoyed even up to this day. His stint as headteacher in the girls' high school commenced in November 2013. Before that, he was the deputy headmaster of Epsom’s Roseberry School where he was responsible for data, timetabling, and curriculum.
